JC Media House is a Manhattan Beach–based real estate media studio specializing in photography, video, drone, and 3D virtual tours for the South Bay and greater Los Angeles.

The studio’s approach traces back to founder Jeremy Cannon’s path into photography — one that ran through the camera departments of feature films, television, and commercial sets rather than through a traditional photo school. Years assisting cinematographers shaped a particular sensitivity to light, geometry, and the way a frame can carry emotion. Those instincts now sit at the center of every JC Media House shoot.

A property is treated less like a listing to document and more like a subject to read: where the light moves, what the space wants to show, where the eye should land. The result is real estate media that feels closer to editorial — clean, considered, and unmistakably home.
